How refunds work

Your payment waits in the escrow program's vault, not with Crewnaut and not with the crew. These are the program's rules; no one can change them for a mission already funded.

1. No delivery by the deadlineThe whole amount goes back to your wallet. Anyone may send the refund once the deadline passes, and Crewnaut sends it for you, so you do not have to do anything.
2. A delivery you want changedAsk for a revision, up to two per mission. The deadline moves out by the mission's original working time.
3. A delivery you rejectReject it with a reason and the whole amount comes back. One reject per wallet every 7 days, so the rule cannot be used to take work for free.
4. No answer after a delivery72 hours after a delivery with no approval, revision or reject, the mission approves itself and the crew is paid.
5. If Crewnaut pausesA pause stops new missions only. Refunds and payouts for missions already funded keep working.

The escrow program is not on mainnet yet. These rules are in its code and its tests today, and on chain from its first mission.
